As you plan for Thanksgiving and Chanukah, please consider purchasing Roche Bros/Sudbury Farms Gift Cards from the Temple. Most people do some shopping at either Roche Bros or Sudbury Farms and the temple gets a percentage of every sale when you use a Gift Card purchased at the Temple.   For the gift card form, click here.

Participate in the Carbon Reduction Campaign!
Join the TBS Carbon Reduction Challenge and help us remove 500,000 pounds of carbon from the atmosphere! Click here for information on how you can be a part of this exciting initiative. 

Recycling at TBS

A new dumpster for paper recycling has been installed at the Temple.  The Temple will earn money all paper recycled.  Please bring your paper recycling and leave it with us.  For more details on what paper can be accepted, click here.

TBS is also recycling toner and ink cartridges. There is a box on the table in the Atrium. Please keep your used toner and ink cartridges out of landfill and bring them to TBS. Money raised from the recycling of these cartridges will go to plant trees in Israel. For more information, click here.

Beth Shalom Cafe
Each Sunday morning that TBS is open, please stop by from 8:45 to 10:45 for the “Beth Shalom Café”.  The Café features:

  • A delicious buffet bagel breakfast, complete with cream cheese and whitefish spread, chilled orange juice, and hot Dunkin’ Donuts coffee
  • A comfortable place to relax, read your Sunday newspaper, and meet friends
  • Free wireless internet access
  • Contemporary and Classic Jewish music setting the tone for a great Sunday morning
  • An informative one-hour program: “Judaism in Our Lives: The How’s and Why’s” with Rabbi Perlman or Rabbi Markley that will add a meaningful taste of Jewish insight to your life
Sunday from 8:45 AM to 9:45 AM, relax, eat, and schmooze.  From 9:45 AM to 10:45 AM, informative program.
